Two FORCES
The parable of the two wolves is often used to describe two opposing forces within us. When asked which one wins, the answer is this: the one you feed.
But the real tension isn’t good versus evil.
It’s between who you are and who you became.
Inside each of us, two forces stir.
One is the self you became.
It was built over time—shaped by moments that felt unbearable.
Moments of rejection, judgment, or overwhelm.
So your system adapted—by proving, performing, pleasing, controlling, or hiding.
And it worked. But it’s not who you are.
It’s what you built.
The other is who you really are.
The part of you wired to express, contribute, and restore a specific state in the world.
It doesn’t perform or prove. It expresses.
And when you’re living from it,
life feels more fulfilling, more honest, more you.
This isn't a battle of good versus evil.
Who you became isn’t bad—and it doesn’t need to be defeated.
It just needs to be seen.
You can’t change what you can't see.
But once you see the self you built—it stops being you.
And who you are can finally lead.
